My Story
It was in February of 2009 when I attended my first Scentsy Party. Having never heard of the product, I decided to only buy one warmer and one bar to "try it out." When I received my order I immediately plugged it in and "tried it out." Within hours I was contacting the consultant to order more! I fell in love with the products... the warmer was so decorative and beautiful, the scent was strong enough to fill my whole home with wonderful fragrance, and not to mention the safety benefits. My thoughts of ordering turned into thoughts of hosting a party, and then into thoughts of becoming a consultant. I observed at the Scentsy Party how much the guests enjoyed the product. It sold itself! I thought to myself "I can do that." With a little extra push from my husband... I joined!
I immediately began introducing the product to everyone, booking parties, and sharing the Scentsy Opportunity with everyone I met! Within months I had developed a team of wonderful consultants, was promoted to Director, AND earned a trip to Hawaii!! My Scentsy journey has also included trips to Cancun for our annual Leadership Retreat, paid attendance to our annual convention, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, I was in the top 100 among over 100,000 consultants earning a trip for my husband and me to GREECE, earned a 7 day Southern Carribean Cruise, a 3 day cruise, and most recently a family trip to Disney World. As a stay at home mother of four children who was yearning for "something to do," I have found that "something" with Scentsy. It's my hobby, job, contribution to my family... it's my passion! Scentsy has been responsible for changing the whole dynamic of our family and ME. My Scentsy business has given me a sense of self worth, confidence, and joy I've never had before. It has allowed us to make changes in our life that foster our faith and family values. And there's nothing more fulfilling than sharing this blessing with others and watching it do the same for them!
